Causes and solutions of abnormal sound of clutch

Fault condition (1)

Phenomenon: oil loss, corrosion and sticking of pedal shaft.

Inspection method: remove the pedal for inspection.

Solution: add grease.

Fault condition (2)

Phenomenon: The separation fork shaft loses oil, rust and jam.

Inspection method: Remove the push rod of the sub-cylinder, push and pull the release fork by hand, and check the flexible stroke.

Solution: add grease.

Fault conditions (3)

Phenomenon: Deformation of pedal parts.

Inspection method: check whether the deformation.

Solution: replace the pedal.

Fault conditions (4)

Phenomenon: tubing diameter is too small, resulting in excessive resistance.

Inspection method: check whether the pipeline between the sub-cylinder and the gas tank is unblocked and sealed, and whether the inner diameter of the pipeline is large enough (6-8mm is generally required).

Solution: increase the pipe diameter.
